Before production starts
RAW MATERIAL INSPECTION (RMI)
Before production begins, we inspect fabrics and materials to ensure they meet the required standards, checking for color continuity and quality as per the client's specifications.
- Fabric inspection as per 4 points system unless the client requests 10 points system
- Check trims shade to dye lots
- Check colour continuity as per Approved light Sources
Less than 20% of production is made
Initial Production Check (IPC)
Once production starts, we monitor the quality of semi-finished products and machine setups to catch potential issues early.
- Perform quality inspection on semi-finished product and machines set up (cutting &sewing operations, etc.)
- Check measurements at the early stage of making process
- Approve the standards with the quality manager
20% - 80% of production is made
DURING PRODUCTION CHECK (DUPRO)
At this stage, we review bulk production to ensure quality consistency, allowing for corrective actions before the order is completed.
- Check first production (pilot) for quality conformity to ensure that all issues discovered during this stage are corrected before order completion.
- Measure and check first garments off line
80% - 100% of production is made
PRE-SHIPMENT INSPECTION (PSI)
We perform a final quality check of your production lot, verifying performance, durability, and overall appearance before the goods leave the factory.
- Verify the quality of the whole production lot before it leaves the factory, and we generate a report with PASS or FAIL result.
- We refer to AQL standard specified by the client or else, we refer to AQL Level II.

CONTAINER LOADING CHECK (CLC)
Our team reduces the risk of damage during shipment by ensuring proper handling, packaging, and container quality during the loading process.
